AIMEE POLGAR, D.C.

Dr. Aimee Polgar, D.C. is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for wellness. She is deeply committed to educating the community on the benefits of chiropractic care and promoting a lifestyle of proactive healthcare instead of reactive sickcare.

Originally from Westlake, Ohio, Dr. Aimee completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Tampa before earning her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. She is also an internationally certified sports nutritionist.

Dr. Aimee is a musculoskeletal expert and has extensive knowledge regarding case management of patients, advanced imaging, referrals and treatment options. She treats patients of all ages, including infants and children.

After gaining valuable experiences as an associate doctor and serving as Clinic Director and Partner at Great Lakes Health & Wellness, Dr. Aimee decided to open Westside Chiropractic & Wellness to help individuals achieve their goals through personalized care plans. She specializes in a wide range of chiropractic techniques, which include: Palmer Package, Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop Table, extremity adjusting & Activator. Dr. Aimee is trained in soft tissue techniques and kinesiotaping.

Dr. Aimee currently resides in Avon, Ohio, with her husband, Tyler Zimmerman, and their two Labrador retrievers, Luna and Stella. Outside of her practice, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, supporting local businesses, powerlifting and engaging in outdoor activities like boating, golf and skiing.
