1. Services

Westside Chiropractic & Wellness provides chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, wellness therapies, and related services. Services are for general wellness and do not replace medical treatment from your primary healthcare provider.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

• We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.

• Pricing is subject to change, but you will always be informed prior to receiving services.

3. Packages & Memberships

• Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to immediate family members.

• Discounts apply only when services are prepaid in full.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in a $25 fee.

5. Limitations of Liability

By receiving care, you acknowledge that results vary by individual. Westside Chiropractic & Wellness is not liable for outcomes beyond the scope of reasonable chiropractic and wellness care.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
